Most stores that carry vitamins will stock cod liver oil liquid, and it is relatively cheap!. If you can't find it at a normal store, just go to a "health food store", or a vitamin supply!. They will be sure to have it, as well as ones with a little flavor added, but don't expect it to taste good !. !. !. it just doesn't!. You can also take fish liver oil capsules or flax oil capsules!. In addition if you are looking for benefits of the omega 3's, you can buy ground flax and put it on cereals, in yogurt, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
