What helps get rid of acne?!

There aare many, but Proactiv is said to help most people, although it didn't help me!. Differin is a cream that you apply at night, and that works greatly too! The thing i use and what i have seen the best results with is just regular Dove soap!. It works great! I also use Clean & Clear Persa-Gel-10 after the Dove, and that is helping me out alot!. Diet, excercise and drinking water helps too!. Try to stay away from sugary foods and watch the results fly up!

Ive used just about everything!. Proactiv didn't work for me at all!. I think my acne was too severe for it!. I also tried about every topical cream that my doctor recommended, but nothing got rid of it completely!.
I went on Accutane!. It worked wonders, however there are some very serious side affects, including depression!. Your entire body is constantly dry, and uncomfortable for the whole process of about 6 months!. It does kinda suck being on it, but knowing that my acne will be gone made me get through it!. It worked great, not a single pimple after using it!. But after about a year, my acne came back!. Not as severe, but still back!.
Right now I'm on Diane 35!. It's a pill that doubles for a birth control pill!. It's working great and I haven't had any side affects!. Talk to your doctor or dermatologist!. They can help you find something that will work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,
I used to have really bad acne right from my teenage years !. It was pretty embarassing to go to college with my acne patched face and I was desperate to get rid of it somehow!. I took plenty of efforts to keep my face clean all the time and also ate nutritious food and drank lots of water!. None of it helped though!.
