this sounds stinky, but a woman i work with had a HORRIFIC sunburn, she was as red as a lobster and was crying, she couldnt be touched or sit down!. my co-workers (we are nurses) rubbed her down with white vinegar on cotton balls, the next day she came in and there was a massive difference, she looked tan not burned!. i also brought this up to some of my eldery patients and they all agreed that it is an old remedy that works!. otherwise i would take cool baths with oatmeal and apply some aloe vera gel with pain relief!. (they make a combination product) but seriously try the vinegar, it worked and i couldnt believe it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately there is no way to cure it, but there are ways to alleviate the discomfort!. Apply aloe vera for sure, which you can buy pretty much anywhere!. Anytime your skin gets dry, put it on!. Take a couple ibuprofen--it should help somewhat!. I heard that taking a hot bath can help if you stay in for long enough, but I can never do that!.!.!.!.it hurts way too bad! There are also sprays you can get in the sunscreen or first aid area of stores which help numb the skin temporarily!. Make sure to keep hydrated, as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest cold baths!. Showers can be painful, especially if the water pressure is high!. You can also you aloe!. I would suggest spray aloe, it always helps me better then the liquid!. You could also use after-sun cleansing wipe, they also contain aloe, and they also instantly remove sunscreen, sand, and sweat!.

Best of Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try taking a cool shower to ease the sting and try dusting the burnt area with some baby powder to help with being uncomfortable!. if that doesn't work try using the banana boat with lidocane spray if they still sell it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aloe and lots of it!. You can buy just about anywhere you get sunblock, which you should probably pick up as well :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
