Answers:
First, with a blood pressure that high, I'd schedule an appointment with a cardiologist if you haven't already done so to get this high blood pressure under control and to make sure it isn't being caused by some other issue in your body like a hormone imbalance (pheochromocytoma) or other specific medical condition!.

Second, with your pressure being this high, no super strenuous workouts!. Low impact, walking not running will help, as you get this pressure more regulated then you can do more intense workouts later!. A daily walk will help lower your pressure and lose weight!.

Third, cut back on the salts!. Low salt diets should be your target, getting alternative no salt seasonings like Mrs!. Dash is advisable!.

Fourth, get yourself a BP cuff from a pharmacy, automated ones are fine!. Create a log book, of your blood pressure daily and give this to your doctor next time you see them so they know whats going on with your pressure when you're at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not go on some wild diet that promises instant wt!. loss!. Get healthy by increasing your activity, slightly at first if you are not used to much exercise!. And decrease your calorie intake by making the food choices be smart ones!

Weight Watchers is an excellent program, especially if you have other health problems as well!.
