Question: Sickness that won't let up!.!?
My entire family is stuck being sick for awhile now, we are all stopped up with sinus pressure, bad coughs, throats sore and on fire, chest pain, overall feel like we were run over by a mack truck!. we recently starting taking amoxicillan, but need some relief!.!.!. what else can we do to get relief!? and dont say goto dr's!.!. already did that!. looking for home remedies or new ideas!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot spicy soups, mostly broth!. Hot teas w/ lemon and honey!.
An air purifier w/ menthol, like whats used for babies!. Rub Vick's menthol on chest, back and under nose!.
If you really want a drink to help w/ cough try this horrible Hispanic influenced concoction my ex used to make me, it really helped!.
1 red onion chopped, honey, lemon,Jamaica( red bougainvillea flower) water!. seep 1/2 hr!. drink and then cover up w/ blanket!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this soothing nasal rinse:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Karo White Syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
It is more like the bodies natural fluid, much less caustic that straight salt water!.
Also, for chest and head congestion, Put some almost boiling water in a small bowl with a spoonful of Vicks VapoRub in it!.!. The VapoRub melts and the steam will clear your head all the way up to your hair follicles!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
