Answers:
It sounds like dehydration!.!.!. try to drink specialized (added Electrolytes) drinks like Gatorade to ensure that you actually keep the fluids in your body and don't excrete them before you can even get started with your exercise!.

What exactly do you mean with "punctures throughout the body"!? Is it a stingy, sharp, punching pain!? is it deep or does it feel like it's on the skin (could be hypoxia related - low oxygen in the blood)!.

In any case if you an otherwise healthy young adult, it could be just that you are working out too hard too soon!.!.!. check with a health care provider or sports trainerWww@Answer-Health@Com

try drinking fluids that have glucose in it! and make sure you're salt level is also enough, every one talks as if salt is the root of all evil but in fact if you loose too much salt from you're body you can become very ill also, try doing a little warm up exercise for about 20 Min's before you're work out! If you are in lots of pain then you must go to you're doctor maybe there is a problem with you're circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a diseae by which you cannot sweat properly this may be what you have, you will have better luck going to the doctor than going to yahoo answersWww@Answer-Health@Com
