How can I get rid of back acne?!

Question: How can I get rid of back acne!?
I've had back acne for about 3-4 years now, I can't remember!. I'm an 18 year old male, and I don't really have an issue with facial acne!.

My back acne is pretty embarrassing though, and keeps me from going to the beach and such!.

It's all over my back from the middle up to my shoulders!. They hurt and sometimes bleed, and it makes it hard to wear white shirts!.

What can I do to get rid of it!? Preferably in the next few months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to tell you the truth, time is the best way to get rid of acne because your oil glands are still producing high levels of oil because of hormonal changes and wont settle until your mid twentys
but if you really want to get rid of it go to a dermatologist and he/she can perscribe you something that should help (my friend went and it cleared up her acne in a couple days)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love to recommend L-lysine as a regular regimine for healing!. This is an amino acid, amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and since we are literally meat (protein), we will heal faster!. This may not beat the acne directly, but sometimes acne is strictly hormonal!.!.!. and hard to get rid of even with medicated washes and creams!.Take a good multi-vitamin or at least one designed for skin and nails!. Folic Acid and the L-lysine are great!. Don't forget Zinc as well!.!.!. lots of acne is helped with this!. By the way, I have used 3 lysines per day on an ongoing fashion when skin problems, cuts or coldsores are bugging me with no side effects!. They are usually 500 mg tablets and I take 3 daily, eventhough the bottle gives 1 as a recommendation!.
By the way!.!.!. if you use a scrubbing back brush, loofa what have you, or scented washes with extra perfumes, they may irritate your skin, so try the opposite way you usually wash that area for a while, too!.!.!. Good Luck to you !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores!. Use a gentle action and don
