Get rid of stress!.
Get rid of relationships that make you feel unhappy!.
Eat healthy foods!.
Get a good night sleep-make your bedroom a haven for relaxation!.
Treat yourself well; go on vacation, buy nice clothes and get a massage once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise is apparently the big one!.

Power walking for an hour a day has been recommended to people I know!.
