Question: I have a scar from Breast Cancer!. Is at wrong to show it!?

HELL NO! I had breast cancer and have a scar thats high and center and it shows when I wear a bathing suit or tank top!. I rarely have anyone ask what it is and if they do I tell them that I had cancer and am surviving!. Be proud, Be strong and keep fighting! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If people ask to see it, then it is up to you to decide if you want to show them or not!.
It wouldn't be right to just go up to someone and say "Hey, here is my scar!"!. Many people would feel uncomfortable with that and would probably think less of you for doing that!.
I know that it is your body and you are the one living with the reminder of the cancer!. I know that everyone deals with the grief differently!. Some feel better when they show off their scars!.!.!.it validates them in a way!.!.!.to prove that they really went though something very difficult!. However, not everyone wants to see that!.

That is up to you!. I also showed the scar for a long time to women who were curious!. A friend of mine said that in the beginning it is like it isn't you personally, so you are more open about sharing it!. I think she might have been right!. Not that I wouldn't show it now, but before I never minded showing it, where as now I would!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it's a problem at all to show it!. It's a great thing to be a survivor of breast cancer!. In my opinion it shows what a strong person you are!. And who cares what other people think about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nothing wrong with that except that it may be a kindness to protect some other people!. Anything to do with cancer may distress other people out of all proportion to your present health concerns or theirs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
