To get rid of spots fast i'd say you'll have to buy something - but do not fear! It'll only have to be one thing and that thing is Clearasil Skin Perfecting Wash!. It's not harsh on your skin and clears and helps prevent spots for the future!. Its perfect for current spots and stopping any more dilemmas like this turning up!

Also when you get the clearasil here is a good remedie to clear and prevent spots - works for me:
Mush 4 strawberries (or blend them) in a bowl!. - Opens pores and cleanses them!.
Put 3 squirts of the Clearasil in the bowl!.- Helps clear and prevent spots!.
3 Drops of Lemon Juice (Optional) - Dries out pores and reduce redness!.
3 shakes of salt - Dries out pores!.
Its the perfect combination to clear spots now and prevent them for quite a while into the future!.
Your skin will feel dry after but try and do it at nihgt, go to sleep and in the morning have your usual shower which will put the moisture back in!.

The simplest thing to do is to go to The Body Shop, and buy cleanser, toner and moisturizer!. However, as it can be pretty expensive, try using cold water before you go to sleep and when ever you wake up!. Also, you might want to check your daily diet!.
