I have low blood sugar,very busy and very tired? What do I do?!

Question: I have low blood sugar,very busy and very tired!? What do I do!?
Answers:
First you need to have a complete blood work up including your thyroid level!. Next eat frequent small meals of protein to stabilize your blood sugar, like meat , cheese, peanut butter and crackers, or milk!. Many people make the mistake by eating sugar, which gives them a quick fix, but them end up crashing several hours later!. I would also make sure I was on a multi vitamin!. Last, I would ask myself is there any possiblity I could be depressed which is the cause of this chronic fatigue!. If so there are many medications that will work in less than 2 weeks, and you can't even tell your taking anything!. But, first eat right! Check you tsh level by blood work, then evaluate if you are depressed!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have hypoglycemia, and being very tired is a classic symptom, because the brain is not receiving enough glucose to function properly!.

To prevent these scenario's occurring, it is important to;

1) Limit the consumption of foods containing large amounts of refined sugars!.

2) Limit caffeine intake as this can affect blood sugar levels!.

3) Avoid skipping meals as this results in blood sugar levels dropping too low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
