If you are not allergic to iodine, then you can douche with a medicated douche (bought at any drug store or dept!. store such as Kmart or Wal -Mart)!. Make sure that the douche touches the scratched area to cleanse the cut and keep it from getting infected!. If the scratch is not located inside the vagina, but on the outer area of skin, then you may wash it carefully and apply a small amount of an antibiotic ointment!. Do not do this if the scratch is located inside the vagina as this ointment is for topical use only!.
