Question: Is something wrong that I am losing weight!?
I am a young man about 5' 10" and weigh only 122lbs!. Two or three years ago before a bout of severe back trouble I was weighing around 135-140 lbs!. I would have figured that by now(I'm 23) I would have gained more weight as my metabolism should be slowing down!. But instead I weigh about 15 lbs less and I can't do anything about it as I it seems that I always come away from every meal stuffed!. In fact quite I overeat and am miserable because of it!. I work outdoors and my job requires a lot of activity!. Any thoughts!? Is my body somehow bypassing my caloric intake!? Thanks for your thoughts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go the doc first of all and let them run some blood tests!. you could have hyperthyroidism or diabetes!. or you could just have a very high metabolism!. are you eating high protein, high calorie foods!? (not greasy or fried though) make sure you are eating at least 2500 cals a day, its about quality, not quantity, you may be burning everything you eat!. my brother is the same way, he is a roofer and weighs about 130, he eats like a horse, his father was skinny as a rail, do you look like your family members!? genetics play a role too, also if you smoke you should quit, it drastically suppresses the appetite and makes you full faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am not sure about health problem!. I certainly know that when I was at your age I had the same problem!. No matter what I did I could not gain weight!. I was embarrassed because people used to make fun of me!.
Now, I am 46 and over weight!. I got very big in size and height!.
Conclusion: Of course I would go to a doctor for check up!. If everything is okay I would just move on without concerning too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ease up on over eating!. eat same amounts, just eat say 5 times a day instead of 3 times a day,keep hydrated between bites,eat slower!. don't know if this helps,hope so!.you might consider-i know it sucks-a good digestive and liver disease Dr!. specialist!.lighten up on fast food!.if you eat red meat!. you dont have to stop ,but its a pretty heavy food when your feeling rough!. hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
