Does my brother has nose cancer?!
Question: Does my brother has nose cancer!?
My brother recently told me that he has symptoms of nose cancer!. He doesn't want to tell our parents first and scared of seeing a doctor!. I'm hoping it isn't because my brother is just 21 years old!. I researched a little bit about his symptoms and I think it could be nose cancer!. His symptoms include
1!.Blockage of his right nostril (the passage seems to be way smaller then the left)!. He noticed that his right nostril has a smaller passageway, like 2 years ago but didn't worry about it!.
2!. lower right jaw pain muscle when he moves his jaw to the left or when he opens his mouth wide!. (the pain is kinda linked to the right ear)!. The pain only started 1 week ago!.
3!. he told me also that very rarely that he gets nose bleeds on his right nostril!.
I don't know if he feels anything else other than those symptoms!. What do you guys think!? I really want to bring my little brother to the doctor!. I hope that it isn't cancer though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

VERY unlikely to have nose cancer!. cancer of the nasal passages is very rare and usually in older patients, especially those who have history of tobacco use!. the fact that one nostril seems more open than the other likely means that the septum that divides the nose into right and left cavities is deviated to one side, or that a spur is projecting off the septum to one side!. both of these are very common!. the jaw pain may mean he has tmj (temporomandibular joint) disease, where the jawbone meets the skull base!. the nose bleeds being one sided is typical, not unusual!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree with John It's a deviated septum and TMJ I would also suggest laying off the "nose candy" not that he does that but that will destroy your septum on one side, cause nose bleeds and the sort!. Oh, and it will end up killing you!.
