First, it is entirely possible to have a parasitic infestation and not know, now or in the future!. There are many parasitic organisms that cause no ill effects!. There are many parasitic organisms that will only cause problems in significant numbers!. The symptoms of a parasitic infection are broad and general!. You cannot assume that having a portion, or all, of the possible symptoms are proof of a parasite!. It would be difficult to convince a physician to test for parasites without major symptoms!.

Testing for parasites is not a sure-fire thing!. Some are very difficult to detect, particularly in low numbers!. Without a verifiable change in health status I would NOT WORRY!. I have never seen a patient with a serious parasite problem that didn't have definite symptoms that pointed to the possibility of parasites!.

As for your mom!.!.!.!.!.she has sypmtoms that fit numerous other medical conditions that are much more commonly seen!. they need to be ruled out first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is actually very common!. Worms can be contracted from poorly cooked meat, unwashed lettuce is a large culprit!. A distended belly and or constipation followed by diarrhea in a pattern can indicate intestinal or round worms!. Also an itchy anus at night while sleeping almost always points to parasites!.

Look for the following symptoms!.

Diarrhea
Nausea or vomiting
Gas or bloating
Dysentery (loose stools containing blood and mucus)
Rash or itching around the rectum or vulva
Stomach pain or tenderness
Feeling tired
Weight loss
Passing a worm in your stoolWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Think about the lifestyle you have!. If you eat things like sushi or like your meats undercooked, then you should be a little worried

2!. One of the common signs as creepy as this sounds is if you use the bathroom and you literally see worms in toilet

3!. If your anus is always itching, not your butt but your actual anus

4!. If your losing weight no matter how much you seem to be eating

5!. If any of those have happened go see a doctor and see if they can give you any medication!. Technically a lot of worms/ parasites people have, they don't even know they have!.!.!.and a lot of times the parasites go away because we have already taken the medications that kill them at some point :-) try not to worry too much about thisWww@Answer-Health@Com
