If you are not losing weight, it means that your body is not disposing of plenty of water, you consume a lot, and throw away a lot!. Basic idea in such case (apart from contacting a urologist in the first place) is to check blood sugar and infections!. Caffein is also known dehydrating factor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Feeling like you have to urinate every 15 to 20 minutes is not normal!. It wouldn't be normal to have to urinate every 2 hours even!. I only pee a couple times a day, sometimes a little more!.

If the doctor says it's caffeine then you need to cut it from your diet!. Obviously your body is telling you that there is something wrong, so listen to it and take action!. Avoiding coke and coffee isn't THAT hard!. I drink coffee every other day but that's minimal!. I don't think any other caffeine products, and most certainly not 3 cokes a day!. There's no such thing as drinking cafferine "normally like anyone else" because to some people drinking 4 cokes a day is normal!. And I have a coke maybe once every week!.

Did the doctor take a urine sample!? It could be a UTI!.

Also, see a urologist!. They specialize in these problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you drink a lot of water!?!?!? it's possible you have a shrunken bladder!. there are meds for this!. i would revisit this with your doctor and they could suggest a specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that happened to my friend once this might seems weired
but the doctor said that her body lacks of water !! so drink more water !.!.!.!. i guess !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
