LOADS of spots on my forehead?!

Question: LOADS of spots on my forehead!?
I dont have spots anywhere else apart from the odd one now and then and the blackheads on my nose, but these spots on my forehead are not white heads, theyre not black heads either!. Theyre just like small lumps in my skin and theres LOADS!. How do I get rid of them!! They go red of I pick at them so I try to leave them alone but I try squeeze them sometimes to see if anything comes out!.

I have a good skin routine, I wash my face in the shower and I only wear makeup when im going out, and I always take it off using a wipe then a deep cleanswer and toner in one!. I then moisturise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get these exact ones too!. They're a pain in the *** arent they :(

All i can say is - Dont use anything such as spot removing stuff like clearasil (or what ever spelling is) and just wait them out!.

Mine are gone on my head now, its just like a 'phase' and they'll eventually go!. When ever i used any spot creams etc!. it always came back worse and started from scratch again!.

Another option is if your allergic to makeup/wipes!. Im a guy and dont use them and what you have seems like what i did, so i doubt its that

Sorry cant be much more helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

These are both acne areas and I am sure this is what you have, I guess your age is between 14 and 19 years when most adolescents have the condition at some level or other!. Your GP would have tried you with a degreaser, these are based on peroxide and examples are Benoxyl and Panoxyl!. The next step is to go back to your GP looking for either a topical antibiotic roll on, or a course of suitable oral antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm well whenever u touch ur face, be sure ur hands are clean (wash em!)!. dont re-use sponges for makeup, they get lots of bacteria on them!. It sounds like you have some kind of allergic reaction, and no one can really help you without seeing it!. Call up a local dermatologist, they are really helpful and you will know for sure!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure what you have, but to help you find out, you can go to the following site:

some of the conditions that pop up may be a bit drastic and it's best you don't take them too seriously, because they might not be exact!. (i!.e!. I once put in that I've been having a headache and it suggested that I might be really hungry or might have a brain tumor!.)

All in all it's best that you tell your dermatologist about the effect that the medication has had on your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try not to touch your face much at all if you can help it, and check what kind of stuff you're using on your hair!. It sounds like your spots are around your hairline, so it could be oil or other substances in your shampoo or something!. Make sure your moisturizer is non-comodogenic!. When I lived in England I used to use "Witch" - it came in a little blue tube, they sell it in Tesco!.

And as much as I hate to say it, this could just be your age!. You don't mention how old you are, but some people just have really bad luck in adolescence with fluctuating hormones etc!. and then it goes away!. If you can't get rid of them, just try not to think about them!. It's not worth worrying too much about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
