has anyone had or know anyone who has ha a raised mole that started turning black!? I got a mole 2 years ago on my breast when I was pregnant and I seen it was starting to turn black I went to the doctors and they are removing it on fri!.!. I am really scared that it is cancer!.!.please can anyone give me some adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

go to the dermatologist they will be able to identify exactly what it is i have gotton a mole before on my back which i didnt even realize it was there but it got worse and i had it removedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Be sure they send it out for pathology to make sure it's mot cancerous (malignant)!. It's not uncommon for moles to change especially during pregnancy!. If a mole is risen that's one thing, if it's sunken like it's digging in and striated like it's making leaders or tree roots out from it's center that's an animal you want to take care ofWww@Answer-Health@Com
Hold the phone! First, what does the doctor think it is!? He has to have told you something in order for you to sign your "informed consent" paper for the procedure!. Second, if "first" hasn't happened yet, talk to your doctor or nurse about your questions before you go freaking out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about it until you find out if it's cancer or not - when they remove it, they will do a biopsy and let you know!.
