Question: I need to build a resistance to allergies(help)!?
I cant go outside any more!!!!! I break out in hives really bad and I cant stand it anymore!.!.I used to be just in the fall, I was even hospitalized and they couldnt find out whats causing them (stress has also been ruled out), I am so sick of taking medicine and it dosnt work most of the time!.!.!.
Does anyone know of a way to build ammunity to allergens!?
