I've lost 30 lbs since my asthma flared up!.
I need to hear your experiences!.

When I have asthma flare ups I can't drink anything but water!. And I have to sip it!. On top of that I have to lay down, flat on my stomach with my head down and breathe into my hands!. It's terrible!. So the last thing on my mind is eating when that happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
