Question: Needle sized brown spots on finger!?!?

i have small brown dots all over the side of my finger but it is a small part!. they look like they were pricked by a needle but they werent!. there is also a small dry spot, what should i make of this and ive been to the dermatologist and it wont help!. i am only thirteen so dont say age spotsWww@Answer-Health@Com
