anyone can get keloids!. but it is most common in skin with a darker pigmentation!.!.i!.e!. african american, hispanics, middle eastern!. it is scar tissue!. my earlobes have never keloid but i do have a nose piercing that if i am not careful and look after will start to keloid!. i pierced that about 5 years ago in october in vegas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
