Question: I do i get rid of heat rash!?!?
i have a bad heat rash on both of my inner thighs!. i think its from sweating and the heat and my thighs rub together when i walk, so its difficult to prevent!. it only comes in the summer, i had it last summer for the Whole summer!. it was terrible!. plus, for my job it involves sports and running which definitely does not help!. any suggestions PLZ!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get heat rashes every year as soon as it gets warm!. I have a running prescription for prescription strength hydrocortisone ointment!. It clears up my rash in a couple days!. To prevent it I make it a point wear longer shorts when know I am going to be doing a lot of activities to make sure there's no skin on skin!. You can try regular hydrocortisone to see if it helps before you get the prescription strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
May be it is the fabric of your pants!. I am not being rude but if your job involves sport and running then why do your thighs rub together, they should not really meet in those situations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
