Answers:
Helicobacter pylori is a gram-negative, microaerophilic bacterium that infects various areas of the stomach and duodenum!.

This bacteria is unique, first these bacterias can produce urea that can neutralize our gastric acids!. As you may already know, gastric acids are useful to kill incoming microorganisms and that way, Helicobacter pylori can stay safe!.

Spread of these bacterias are by fecal matter through the ingestion of waste tainted food or water!. So personal hygiene can lower the risk!.

As for treatments, you can use amoxicillin and clarithromycin as antibiotics for the bacterias and a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole!. If in case a patient is allergic to penicilin, mebendazole can be used as an alternative!.
