If this is not herpes what can it be?!

i did research on herpes and i thought that i had some characteristics of it!. I had two very small red spots on my penis and around those were about 4 pimple like bumps but so small that you had to really look hard to even see them!. I was so scared and i went to the doctors to get checked and i did not have herpes!. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
