Answers:
Most lip balms won't do much for you - they are mostly flavoring, and some can make it worse, because the ingredients irritate your lips!
Be sure that you are hydrating yourself well - drink lots of fluids of some kind - water, tea, coffee, etc!. I know caffeine can dehydrate some folks, but better to drink something than nothing!.
Nighttime loading on of good ol vaseline does help!.
Also, I am sure lots of companies make them, but a lip exfoliator can help!. I think you can do a similar job with some vaseline and granuated sugar!
Are you regularly drinking something that is bothering your lips!? What about your brand of lipstick!? Some can dry lips to a bone, esp the newer ones that don't smear!. They are VERY drying!
Blistex is mostly for cold sores and such!. Chapstick is about the only one that can actually moisturize much - the rest are for flavor first, some help maybe!. You might also try balms that are in a pot instead of a stick - the pots seem to be a little oilier, and offer more protection!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
