trying to think of the term my doc used- to describe my echo results which showed a shadow, he said this is UNLIKELY a tumor but mroe like like an error from the echo , like just a fragment or a spot thats not really there!.!.any ideas the word i'm trying to think ofWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think the word you are looking for is 'artifact'!.
