Question: What is moleskum!? how do you treat it!?

hey, i have a little red bump on the side of my waist!. The size is about a little less then the easer top on a pencil!. My friend thinks it moleskum because he also got it!.

I've had it for about 3 weeks now and it hasn't changed size at all!.
