Ok, I'm just taking a stab at this one!.!.!.but I can't be certain if I am correct!.

First is first: there are 7 cervical vertebrae (in the neck)!.

The 3rd and 4th cervical vertebrae have a minor disc spur (enlargement of the normal bone structure) that is at the left of the vertabrae's center - it is not compressing (I'm guessing that it means its not compressing on nerves/tissue)!.

The 6th and 7th cervical vertebrae have a localized depression that is on the right side, with a moderate-sized disc spur (enlargement of the normal bone structure) touching the surface of the 7th cervical vertebrae's spinal nerve canal (foramina)!. There is suggestion of increased growth at the vertebrae's top surface at the outside edges (uncinate=bent at the end, like a hook), contributing to the narrowing of the spinal nerve canal (foramina stenosis)!. There is minor increased growth on the vertebrae's left top surface at the outside edges (uncinate=bent at the end, like a hook)!.

Basically, there are some changes that are causing your spinal nerves to be subjected to possible pressure, which would account for the pain & numbness/tingling that you are experiencing!. I don't think that the blurred vision is related, since vision is processed from the eyes to the back of the brain (and has nothing to do with spinal nerves)!. Usually weakness and leg spasms correspond to abnormalities in the lower back (specifically lumbar spine)!. Is this what you were looking for!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who is reading your MRI!? A neurologist!? Orthopedist!? They should be explaining this to you!.
Foramina stenosis is when a nerve tries to leave the spinal column thru a lateral hole that occurs from a disc spur that has formed!. This can lead to radiating pain, numbness & tingling!. It can also cause a change in your balance, clumsiness!.

For the pain in your legs I would have assumed that the MD would have also ordered a MRI of the "lumbar spine"!.

Your blurred vision I think is a separate issue!. I suggest you see an ophthalmologist!.

And your doctor hasn't recommended surgery!? If he hasn't you need a second opinion! Find yourself a reputable neurosurgeon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
