Eating, exhaustion?!

Question: Eating, exhaustion!?
I'm not diabetic but I'm being tested for hypoglycemia soon!. I had a normal breakfast at 10:00 this morning and didn't get a chance to grab lunch until 2:00!. Before lunch I could feel myself starting to feel "weird"--I got cranky, sleepy, and shaky!. When I actually got lunch I had a hard time making myself eat!. Chewing food and swallowing felt like a lot of work and I felt like I was exerting myself!. I forced myself to clean my plate and I feel fine now!. My question is, has anyone else experienced something like this and/or is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening again!? I'm 20 and a super active and busy college student--I hate feeling this crappy so frequently!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Until you get that testing done (Do it ASAP), than take granola bars, apples and any other easy to carry foods with you everywhere (purse) and don't go for more than 2 hours without at least a little bite (since 4 hours seems to be too much)!.

Also, I know you know you should eat breakfast when you wake up (not at 10, unless you woke up at 9:50) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Grab a snack around noon!. Just a handful of nuts with orange juice will give you a good pick me up!. I used to drink something called "Ensure" midway between breakfast and lunch!. It really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
