I think my belly piercing is infected....?!
Question: I think my belly piercing is infected!.!.!.!.!?
well I got my belly pierced without my mom knowing!. I started to feel guilty, so I took it out!. Now when I touch it, it feels like the belly ring is still in there and I have a little bump on the top!. Do you think it is infected!? SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it's infected it would hurt when you touched it, it would be draining pus, it would be itchy, bleeding, or be very dry and scaly!. If you have none of these conditions then its just the skin and tissues growing again, but if you DO have any of these conditions you can do any of the following to clear up of its infection:
1) buy PURE sea salt!. every night and every morning you mix a tablespoon of salt with a small cup of water, place the mixture on your belly where the peircing is and just like slosh it around, as funny and weird as it sounds lol
2) Clean it often like maybe 3 to 4 times a day with alcohol
3) You can also you iodine but I think it would be kinda hard to find it!.
If your thinking about getting it re-pierced, please tell or ask your mom because if not then the same situation will happen except it would be more painful + it's the most safest and sure fire way it WON'T get infected!.TIP tell your mom if you can get the piercing as a b-day gift or congrats gift, something like that!. It worked with me, I got mine as a christmas gift from my cousin because she's the one who convinced my mom lol
