Answers:
Mix 2tbsp finely ground oatmeal with 1 tbsp almond oil and exfoliate every couple days until condition improves, then twice weekly to maintain!. Can use Almond oil as nourishing pre or post bath/ shower moisturiser which will soften the dead skin!. You could use olive, coconut or vitamin e oil instead but almond is best!. This scrub can be used on face and body!. You also need to expose the skin to light more often (with sunscreen) and drink more water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As I understand it, it is a condition where your skin is so dry that old dead skin is clogging up the pores which is why you get red dots!.

I have been using microderm abrasion and exfoliating stuff that is made for the face on my upper arms!. My left arm now has no to very few spots and my right arm (which has always been more severe) has decreased number of spots but, hasn't gone completely away!. After using the microderm abraision, I use lotion with a high glycerine amount or straight mineral oil or olive oil on them!.

I have heard that sometimes they have good luck with a chemical peel as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually they are the result of wearing tight sleeves, but anything that would cause pressure would do it!. Use a good moisturizing lotion, and when you bathe/shower, soak a washcloth in fairly hot water, then apply it to those red dots, for a minute, to soften them up, then wash your arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont touch them or scratch them, cuz they'll just get irritated
and use a lot of soap and scrub inthe shower in that area, mine have gone away recently!. also put lotion and sunscreen, lotsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use a lot of Lubriderm!. And buy the Advanced Strength kind!.

Use it when you get out of the shower or sun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
