Question: How to find volunteers to floor time play with my son having ASD (Autism)!?

My son have Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis!. We live in Toronto and we want to find volunteer for floortime play!. I know that (at least in US) it's possible to find volunteers to play with ASD children!. We were practicing a DIR/floortime approach 1!.5 years now and I can tell that it saved my son from autism!. I would appreciate if you can tell me the way to find volunteers in Toronto!. Thanks a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some thoughts!. You can join your local home-schooling association and ask parents there!. They often have special needs children and like to have get-togethers!. Also, if you go to Yahoo Groups, you can find local autism forums, since there are thousands of autism forums nowadays since its such an epidemic!. Also, what really helped one of my son's (before I learned how to rid pathogens and infections to rid the autism) was that I took custody of my nephew, and that really helped!. But, one could become a foster parent as well!. I did that too, and it enabled me to stay home and learn all this stuff about autism recovery!. I ended up adopting a girl with autism, and she is almost completely recoverd now, just after 1 and 1/2 years!. Its phenomenal to watch the transformation!. Kind of like when a baby is born, you watch to see all the new things they learn!. When recovering children from autism, its seeing a child evolve into who they would have been in the first place had they not been infected!. Many blessings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are there any "mommy groups"there!? If you had or could start one!.!.there would be a great deal of support!. I would suggest talking to your pediatrician and seeing if they would let you put up a notice!.!.bring you together with people in your area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
