cigs are--they smell like sh*t, plus the have over 4,000 chemicals in them, very harmful your body

Weed- smells meh, alright-its natural herb grown from the ground, its ment to be smoked!!!plus it actully has a lot of healthy benefits

but both are harmful to your lungs, cigs are more

so grab some weed and smoke away!!!

if you smoke weed through a bong it is less damaging to your lung health but still not good news if you want to avoid mouth and tongue cancer (and believe me you do!) It is also bad news for your mental health if smoked regularly!.
