Question: I have brown discoloration on both ankles, what could it be!?
On the insides of both my left and right ankles there is a small patch of darker skin!. It almost looks like dirt, but i've scrubed and it doesn't come off!. It is a little rougher in texture, but I know it's not the result of dry skin!. My family has no history of skin cancer, and I'm always very good at putting on suncreen! Someone please tell me if I should have this checked out by a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you do not mention your age!.!.!.however, those sorts of brown spots appear in maturing people as a result of decreased peripheral circulation!. I wouldn't get all excited about it, just show it to your doc the next time you go in for something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
