Why does the netti (sp?) pot hurt my ears?!
Question: Why does the netti (sp!?) pot hurt my ears!?
I understand my sinuses are connected to my ears but why does it feel GOOD on my nose and throat but hurts my ears for up to twenty min after!? I don't want to give it up! Its a great all natural allergy solution!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you using the gravity flow netti pot!? It might be that the water is backing up into your ears and not draining enough and causing the pain in your ears!.
I use the squeeze type and if I do it a little too hard it makes my ears hurt and pop!. It's because the water is being forced up a little too much and overwhelms my ears!.
That could be the problem with you!. You also might want to try tilting your heads at different angles to try to see if that helps the pressure!.
