Question: How can I get rid of a stuffed nose in less than an hour!?

A quick relief can come from over the counter nosesprays, but if you use them too much and quit -- you'll get a rebound effect of an even stuffier nose!.
You can go to the health store and try those nasal irrigation pots that let you clean your nasal passages with salt water!. They are supposed to really help with reducing sinusinus due to allergins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
