I don't quite understand this; someone tell me?!

Question: I don't quite understand this; someone tell me!?
I've always wanted to know!.!.!.Why do people who have eating disorders binge on a ton of food, and then puke it up!? Wouldn't they feel hungry as soon as they throw up!? Or do they just ignore the hunger pains!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Binging isn't really about eating because you are hungry!. It is really more of an impulse or compulsion and throwing up is a way of controlling it (keeping you from getting fat)!. Once your stomach is full, it sends the message to your brain that you are no longer hungry, so even if you throw up, it takes a bit to be truly hungry again!. And you can binge again because you're just going to throw it all up!. This is a really bad way to control weight though, because most of your calories are absorbed in the first ten minutes of eating, so you really aren't ridding yourself of alot of them!. Also, there are tons of ill effects on your health including (possible) death!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chemically in your brain it produces "happy chemicals" (like dopamine) when they throw up!. Its kinda like a rush for them!. (Similar to people who base dive or do other extreme sports!.)
After you get over the terrible part of puking, the happy chemicals feel your brain and its like a euphoria!. Like getting high!. Seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
