first time really iv pulled my fourskin back tht far nd i cant go all the way back cause theres like one strand of skin half way down holding half together but theres this like white coating of somthing nd its hard 2 get off nd im only 12 its quite sensivtive Need Advice cures nd maybe medication guys please help !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is perfectly normal and most folk have given you good advice!. Please DO NOT use a wire brush and dettol - that is not good advice!. This is a very sensitive part of your body and needs to be treated gently whilst in the bath or shower!.

It is called smegma and you should have been told earlier on in your life, as it is important to retract your foreskin a little way and wash it off whilst in the bath or shower!. Just be gentle with yourself and do it regularly from now on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
