If you have hypertension and are not taking your meds you are putting yourself at risk for a stroke or a heart attack, and many other health problems down the road!. Hypertension is called the silent killer because it often has no symptoms!. People feel that if they feel fine, they don't need to take the meds!. That's a fallacy!. If you are having side effects that make taking the meds hard for you, you need to call your doctor and talk to him about getting on a different med!.
