Question: If you were bitten by someone and it was a punctured wound would you file charges!?
I was bitten by a girl at an after party she was fighting with another girl i was breaking them up bc i was friends with them both!. Then i got bit by one of the girls!. It was an open wound, human bites are the worst bites to get it got infected the day after!. I had to go to urgent care and get antibiotics and a tentis shot as well and i don't have medical insurance!. Would you sue for her to pay the medical bills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask them both to help pay for the expenses!. I doubt they would want to pay it all, and you might get them to pay a third each, If they are friends as you think they are!.
Because you intervened and got hurt, it isn't really either of the girls fault, and in court you probably would be told this!. Best for you to explain to them, the pain you have been through, and now the expenses which you do not have!.

Well, if you are friends with her, you should ask her to pay for them first!. if she says no, try to persuade her saying that because of what she did you had to go to go to urgent care, tetnis shot, blah blah blah!. If she still says no, then sue her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would try to get reimbursed for your medical bills!. If she's your friend, its the least she can do!. Try to ask for the money then pursue legal means if she doesn't cough it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
