Depends on how bad the rash is - if it's just a rash and not irritating her just leave it alone!. If it's itchy, rubbing isn't always the best thing - you could use calamine lotion, dabbed on with cotton wool!. Another thing that might work is to take antihistamine such as Piriton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get a diaper rash cream such as a&d it is safe to use on any part of the body and should clear up a reaction to bubble bath, you really have to watch letting little girls in the bath , if she wants a bubble bath try useing a baby soap no matter how old she is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
