This may sound silly, but !.!.!. put a warm blanket or sweater on, or get in a hot shower or bathtub!. Goose bumps are simply a result of a person being too cold and the hair follicles close up so heat doesn't get in - and making your body hair stand up to warm you!. Good luck=DWww@Answer-Health@Com
