Congenital is not a disease!. It means that whatever diagnosis was inherited!. You could have a congenital condition that was purely cosmetic!. You could have a congenital condition that is fatal!. So is it congentital heart disease!? Congenital birth mark!? The word congenital only means was born with it, doesn't mean anything without the condition itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
