Answers:
Cancer is a progressive disease !. !. which literally means that it starts out as a microscopic cell that has mutated!. Normal cells know when to stop growing automatically once an organ is complete!. A mutated malignant cell loses the ability to stop growing and will grow indefinitely if not treated!. Some tumors grow very slowly over years, while others are quite aggressive and can take days or months!. They can grow to enormous sizes within the body and outside the body!. My son had multiple abdominal tumors !. !. the primary was the size of a volley ball (21cm) before it was detected !. !.it had pushed his heart out of place!.

So !. !. in the early stages the tumor or nodule is very small !. !. and it gets bigger every day, or every month, or every few months, or every year !. !. if left untreated the tumor will just keep growing and growing !. !. in the late stages the tumors can be large, but usually by that time the disease has metastasized as well and the body is filled with many different sized tumors that eventually overwhelm the system and the patient dies!.

Here is an illustration using common objects to help visualize tumor size !. !. this only goes up to 5cm !.!. which is small compared to the sizes of some tumors!.

So sizes are microscopic to !. !. !. !. !. unknown proportions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no minimum or maximum size of a tumour [tumor]!. Having said that, in later stages they would undoubtedly be larger than in earlier stages of development!.

If you are concerned that you, or someone you know, has a tumour, please do see your doctor with regards to getting appropriate treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a bowel tumour removed that was as big as a grapefruit!. I never knew it was there!. A scan can detect one as small as 1cm across!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tumours can be teeny tiny, or the size of your whole leg!.
It variates!.
Search on google images if you have the stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
