Question: Will using Claratin take my allergy symptoms away!? (read)!?
I am allergic to cats, and this morning my eye became swollen because my cat was rubbing herself all over my face when I was sleeping!.
I take Claratin, but whenever I have an allergic reaction such as the swelling, I had taken Benadryl!.
Would Claritin work just as well as liquid Benadryl would on my swelling!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It works differently!. I would use the benadryl as it will work quicker!. However, I'd see an allergist and get on some type of daily meds, esp!. as you have a cat in the house!. I used to have a cat and had terrible asthma from her!. I wouldn't get rid of her, but when she died I never got another one!. Still love them and they react to me when they see me, but it's too dangerous to have in the house!. I did try shots for cats; also went to an NAET specialist!. NAET is an alternative allergy elimination technique!. Google NAET to find practitioners in your area!. It's strange, but works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
