its different for other people but with me its more of a mind set than will power!. I have changed my way of thinking around to where whenever i see food it makes me sick!. instead of getting hungry I just get thirsty!. and if i drink anything other than water i have to purge!. I know that im screwed up but just think of it like this!. some people who quit smoking have to find some way of making there selves sick when they smoke!. if it doesnt feel good u wont do it!. cool beans huh!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I am definitely not anorexic,but have worked with a girl who was!.I was told by this girl's mother, that it is a control thing!. That when everything in her life was bad and caving in on her, for the most part she couldn't' do anything about it!.The one thing she had total control of was the food she put in her mouth!. No one else could eat for her or make her eat but herself!. She tested her level of control by baking all these yummy goodies and not allowing herself to eat any more than a bite, that was in turn regurgitated within 10 min!.
Also, the willpower not to eat pretty much goes away once a person has starved their body fora period of time!. I remember doing a liquid diet years ago, and was only drinking 1 of the 5 shakes a day that I was supposed to be drinking!. Initially I was crazy starving and wanted to eat everything in site, but the hunger pains and the empty feeling in your stomach become rather normal and your body starts feeding itself on your fat and muscle mass getting from it what it needs to survive!.So you forget how hungry you really are,or at least I did!.But again like I said I'm not anorexic!Www@Answer-Health@Com

because they care so much about how they look and not looking fat that they go threw such extreme measures as not eating, or eating very little, and over working themselves to tay in shape!. its sad really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
