Question: Acne on my back!.!.is it even normal!?
here is the story!.!.!.everytime we go workout people always question me that i use roids because i got red bumps on my back and i can't work out with a shirt becasue it's to uncomfortable what am i gonna do for that caseWww@Answer-Health@Com

yep its possible cuz i had it but only for like 2 yrs and sorta light!.!.!.!.most teenagers have it but most of them grow out of it! sometimes it has lots to do with the food u eat!.!.!.!.if u eat very healthy the cells will repair and work properly and will generly cause less acneWww@Answer-Health@Com

try to get rid of the acne, neutrogena has this greate acne body wash one comes with little exfoliating beads!. i used to have little break outs but over time using it, it went away

here are some other helpful hints
1!. dont wear tight clothing, at night wear something thats 100% cotton to let your skin breathe
2!. always shower after you sweat, letting the sweat dry on your back, can clog up your pores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband will be 60 in October, and he Still gets acne!. His skin is very oily and we do what we can to help his skin!. It still breaks out!. All I can suggest, is go to a dermatologist and see what can be done!. If you are male, there is absolutely no reason not to go without a shirt if that is how you are comfortable, with or without acne!.YOUNG!? Have fun and stop worrying so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh yea, definately!. it even has a street name, "b-ance/backne"
just wash it more, you could try using a facial wash with acne medication in itWww@Answer-Health@Com
