Question: My doctor prescribed me an oral medicine for BV!.!?
Well, she told me to wait for two weeks before having sex, which me and my partner did!. Oh, we both took it!. Well even before we reach the end of the two week wait, I start to get the symptoms back!. I've already got another DRS appt scheduled!. But what i wanted to know is anyone ever had this problem too!? What happed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes BV can be more complicated than one may think and it can be a tricky process to get rid of!.!.!. ask your dr!. to be tested for beta strep, and STD's (just in case- not saying you have one but, better safe)
I had a case that seemed never ending and took a while to get under control- it turned out it was strep B, accompanied by LS that took forever to diagnose!. What was thought to be BV wasn't just an average case!.
Buy some activia yogurt from the store and have at least two a day!. This will give you the good bacterial your body is most likely lacking and help get your PH back together!.
Also, I not saying your dr!. is a bad dr!. but good GYN's are hard to come by now a days because there are so many illnesses the regular GYN is not aware of and do not practice or study!. If the problem persists I suggest to go see a vulva specialist- my GYN (that took a while to find- and is amazing) was studying along side a vulva specialist so I was lucky to be taken care of by two dr!.'s

I used to get this all the time and couldn't figure out why!. No one informed me that I couldn't use tampons, use one of those fluffy round things girls like to wash with in the tub, douche and other things that promote bacterial growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i agree with the yogurt!. also drink all your water 8- 8oz glasses a day!. and you can drink cranberry juice !. they both help with the bodies Ph balance!.
