Answers:
HIV only becomes a human rights issue if the government or medical organization in an area turns care into a legal issue, denies rights to people based on their HIV status, or otherwise tampers with their liberties and freedoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Access to health care is a human rights issue!. And it's very glib to say that HIV is transmitted by deciding to sleep with someone--plenty of HIV positive people did nothing ot cuase their HIV!. They might be children who got it from their mothers, or children whose parents have it and who will be orphaned if their parents don't get health care; or women whose husbands committed adultery and then gave it to their wives--in most of the world, there's no such thing as "marital rape!." So women do not have the right to say "no" to their husband's demand for sex, and therefore have no way of avoiding HIV if their husband is HIV positive!. It's also a human right's issue because people should not be stigmatized for having a disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

HIV is not a human rights issue unless you are talking about the right to medical treatment for HIV or something similar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do realize sex isn't the only way to contract HIVWww@Answer-Health@Com
